Pastor Robert Lewis developed Men’s Fraternity for use with the men of his church a number of years ago. It is now being used around the world to equip men to succeed in the most important areas of their life. The material begins with the following five presuppositions:
1.Manhood is in a state of confusion
2.Confused men create major problems
3.Confused men settle for less
4.There is no lofty vision of manhood today that is compelling to men.
5.The Bible has helpful insights to all of the above.
Each week you will gain wisdom and practical insight that you can apply immediately to your marriage, family, and work. We have two separate meeting times: Tuesday evening (7-8:30 pm) and Wednesday morning (6-7:30 am). Please see the link for the full schedule.
Men’s Breakfasts meet (bi-monthly) on the first Saturday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Breakfast starts at 7:30am @ Henning’s Market, 290 Main Street in Harleysville. Cost is $5.50 for the All-You-Can-Eat breakfast buffet. We enjoy fellowship around tables followed by a speaker or group discussion topic until roughly 9:30am.
Each year we head to Spruce Lake Retreat Center for a weekend of fellowship, hiking, prayer, encouragement, and a great steak dinner. Details for the 2013 trip will be made available in January. Check out this YouTube video from the 2011 trip.
